Rent Space at the UCC

Our community room is available on weekends for private events until 10:00pm. Rental includes use of the community room and bathrooms, as well as access to the kitchen. The kitchen may be used to store and lay out food, but not for cooking. We provide tables and chairs for your party. A custodian will be available to provide support during your event. No alcohol or smoking is allowed in the building.

The rental fee is $125 per hour of the event. There is a $150.00 refundable safety deposit. If you would like the building to be open for set-up prior to the time of your engagement, there will be a fee of $35 per hour.
